June 29, 2000: Eight Die During Pearl Jam Performance at Roskilde Festival

Eight men were trampled to death during Pearl Jam's performance at the Roskilde Festival (photo above shows the wet and mud at the fest in 2007), near Copenhagen, Denmark. The victims had all slipped or fallen into the mud at the front of the stage.
