November 19, 1990 & 2002: Milli Vanilli & Michael Jackson's Shame

In 1990 the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences stripped Rob Pilatus and Fabrice Morvan, better known as Milli Vanilli, of their 1998 best new artist Grammy award because they didn't actually sing.
November 19 was never the best day in Michael Jackson's life either. In 2002 he infamously dangled his newborn song Prince Michael II over the railing of a fifth-floor hotel balcony in Berlin, Germany. Then, a year later on the same day an arrest warrant was issued against Jackson on charges of child molestation.
