Sort of Queen cover band Muse lawyered up against Celine Dion when rumors emerged that the ballad singer was considering calling her Las Vegas concert residency "Muse." The Brits argued "We don't want anyone to think we're Celine Dion's backing band," and that if Dion tried to use that name it would cause market confusion.
At one point Dion's representatives offered $50,000 for the use of the term "Muse," which the band turned down. Dion eventually went with "A New Day..." instead.
