In 1992, hair metal balladeers Def Leppard had to cancel two shows because one of their equipment drivers attempted to rob a store and abandoned the truck. The driver ended up being charged with criminal damage and drug possession.
Meanwhile, in 1999 Diana Ross' form of reciprocal protest didn't exactly work out for her when she got arrested at London's Heathrow Airport. A female secuirty guard apparently groped her breast while frisking Ross, so she groped back. She was given a warning and released.
