Nirvana's single "Smells Like Teen Spirit" was officially released as a single in the U.S., ushering in the alternative era and prompting people to steal my Nevermind cassettes from house parties on two separate occasions.
Whoever stole them: I don't care anymore. Over it. Unplugged was Nirvana's best album.
