Back to When Airlines Destroy Musical Instruments
3) Cold Specks -- Air Canada (2012)

After playing the Halifax Pop Explosion on Oct. 20, Toronto/London singer Aly Spx -- known to many as Cold Specks -- was returning to Toronto. But on landing in Toronto, Air Canada officials couldn't trace her "thinline tele." "UGH. IT NEVER ENDS," she tweeted later in the day. "Air Canada left my guitar in Halifax. Great." After adding more tweets and with her anger apparently growing, Spx said she was "confused and pissed off" after officials had "no idea" where the instrument was. "It's the only one I play these days," she tweeted. "My fist is gearing up to greet somebody's face." On Oct. 23 Spx tweeted she finally got her prized possession back... not before it had traveled across the continent from "Halifax to Toronto via Vancouver?"
