How Goth is... Cults?

"Cults' big song is called 'Go Outside.' So not very goth. They do have that sort of shoegaze dream-pop wall of sound stuff that kind of reminds me of the classic 4AD gothy kind of bands, but to me they're too sunny to be goth. When I listen to the record it's like walking through a clothing store that's full of orange sundresses and you're kind of looking for that one skull tank top. There are moments on the record, but not enough."
